I had an amazing stay at Noy Land Resort right by the shores of Lake Sevan. The location is unbeatable — quiet, scenic, and perfect for disconnecting while still having everything you need within the resort. The sauna area was one of my favorite parts of the stay: warm, well-maintained, and ideal after spending the day exploring the surroundings. It’s the perfect place to relax and reset. My cabin was spacious and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the lakeside views are something I’d come back for any time. If you’re visiting Lake Sevan, Noy Land Resort is definitely one of the best places to stay.

The comfort two-bedroom cottage was not up to date but still a nice place to stay. The bungalow has really great facility. The staffs are helpful and friendly and also excellent lake view. Generally a great choice of accommodation.by lake Sevan. The choice of buffet dinner was limited, as many reviews mentioned. And I would like to recommend a futon bed or sofa bed in bungalow for two to accommodate a family, and also for guests who need to sleep in the same floor as the bedroom.(The bedroom of bungalow is on the ground floor but the bedroom is in the attic.
